Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy

“Having the body you want begins with loving the body you have.”  That is a quote from the famous Mandy Ingber, a fitness and yoga instructor in Los Angeles.  I have been practicing yoga, Mandy Inbger's Yogalosophy, for the last five years.  Here are some of the ways yoga has helped me: weight loss, reduce stress, improve concentration, and tone my muscles.
It will make you feel better about your body as you become mentally and physically stronger.
