Christmas is fast approaching and school will be out
The shopper will be running all about
There are cookies to be baked and fires to be built
And letters to Santa that need to be sent out
So check your list and check it twice
Santa knows who is naughty or nice
So you can eat those cookies and eat those pies
But always remember the scales don’t lie!

STRESS...........

To truly be healthy, you need to take care of your mind just as much as to take care of your body. 

How does meditation help me cope with stress?  After a very stressful day the last thing I want to do is workout; nevertheless, the one thing that helps me is meditation.  Some of the techniques that go alone with meditation is as follows:  pay attention to your breathing, sit comfortable, play soft music, light candles, clear your mind, and ignore any distracts.
